Bayou Country Sports Park
All South is serving as the Prime Consultant for the comprehensive design and phased development of the Bayou Country Sports Park in Terrebonne Parish. This multi-use recreational complex includes baseball, softball, and soccer fields, concession facilities, walking and biking trails, and supporting infrastructure such as roads, parking, sewer, and water systems.
A key feature of the project is the integration of green infrastructure—including detention ponds and subsurface systems—that provide both recreational space and regional stormwater management for surrounding neighborhoods. Our team is leading site planning, PCSWMM modeling, drainage design, and coordination of all park components to ensure functionality, sustainability, and community benefit.

Houma Navigation Canal Island Restoration
Located along the Houma Navigation Canal, the Bird Island restoration project is a vital coastal protection and habitat enhancement effort led by All South as Prime Consultant. The initiative will expand the island from 27 to approximately 42 acres, using over 500,000 CY of hydraulically dredged material and more than 40,000 tons of riprap to construct containment structures and offshore breakwaters.
Designed to support diverse bird species, the island features engineered marshland, shrub nesting zones, and elevated ground nesting habitats. The project incorporates tidal exchange structures, wave modeling (STWAVE), and geotechnical guidance in accordance with CPRA standards. All South’s work balances environmental restoration with robust coastal protection strategies to counteract decades of storm-driven erosion.

City of New Orleans Roadway Improvements
All South has served as Prime Consultant on numerous roadway and infrastructure projects across New Orleans as part of the FEMA-funded Capital Improvements Program. Our work includes full reconstruction and patch mill/overlay of roadways, sidewalks, ADA ramps, and utility systems in neighborhoods such as Lakeview, Lake Vista, Uptown, Pines Village, Viavant, and Venetian Isles.
We provide comprehensive services—surveying, engineering design, hydraulic modeling, construction administration, and inspection—while coordinating with multiple agencies (DPW, SWBNO, SLFPA-E, LaDOTD, FEMA). These projects improve drainage, reduce neighborhood flooding, and modernize aging sewer and water infrastructure, reflecting All South’s deep understanding of the city’s complex topography and infrastructure needs.

Plaquemines Parish Disaster Recovery Program & Grants Management
Since 2007, All South has served as the Prime Consultant supporting Plaquemines Parish through recovery efforts following all major disasters since Hurricane Katrina. Our team has managed hundreds of FEMA Project Worksheets (PWs), administered over $540 million in disaster recovery funding, and overseen construction and reconstruction of public facilities, utilities, and critical infrastructure.
Our responsibilities include FEMA grants management, debris monitoring, and project oversight for facilities like fire stations, community centers, libraries, drainage systems, and water/wastewater treatment plants. All South provided real-time coordination with FEMA and GOHSEP, facilitated pre-positioned emergency contracts, and ensured the Parish received full reimbursement for eligible recovery efforts. This long-term engagement showcases our unmatched experience in public assistance program management and post-disaster infrastructure recovery.

Morganza to the Gulf – Reach K & L
Levee Improvements
As part of ongoing flood protection efforts in coastal Louisiana, All South is leading the engineering, design, and construction oversight for levee improvements along Reaches K and L of the Morganza to the Gulf system. This work involves over 11 miles of earthen levee construction, including storm-damaged repairs, floodgate integration, and advanced permitting, surveying, and design.
To maximize cost efficiency and environmental compliance, All South utilized dredged material from Grand Bayou and coordinated with multiple levee districts, CPRA, and FEMA. Our services include topographic and bathymetric surveying, geotechnical oversight, structural design, construction administration, and emergency response following disasters. The project enhances hurricane and flood protection for vulnerable coastal communities like Pointe-aux-Chenes, reflecting our expertise in complex coastal infrastructure projects.

Ascension Parish Public Schools Project Management
All South serves as a trusted project management partner to the Ascension Parish School Board, providing oversight and delivery support for major capital improvements and emergency response initiatives. As Prime Consultant on the School Board’s Construction Bond Program, our team leads the coordination of design, bidding, and construction efforts across multiple campuses and facilities.
We’ve also implemented customized project tracking systems that streamline communication between departments, improve documentation, and support compliance with federal and state funding requirements.
